Gourmet Venison Burgers

Ingredients

  • Homemade garlic hamburger buns (1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 cup of flour of choice, at least 2 cloves of fresh ground garlic, 2 tsp baking powder, and sesame seeds/seasoning to cover - combine ingredients, split dough into four buns, shape, and cook at 375 degrees for 25-28 minutes)

  • Ground venison backstrap, previously marinated in red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh thyme, ground garlic and ginger, lemon juice, and A1 Sauce

  • Pepper Jack cheese

  • Pickled red onion

  • Avocado

  • Lettuce

  • A1 Sauce

  • Homemade stoneground mustard
