Gourmet Venison Burgers
Ingredients
Homemade garlic hamburger buns (1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 cup of flour of choice, at least 2 cloves of fresh ground garlic, 2 tsp baking powder, and sesame seeds/seasoning to cover - combine ingredients, split dough into four buns, shape, and cook at 375 degrees for 25-28 minutes)
Ground venison backstrap, previously marinated in red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh thyme, ground garlic and ginger, lemon juice, and A1 Sauce
Pepper Jack cheese
Pickled red onion
Avocado
Lettuce
Homemade stoneground mustard
