Shipping Information

Printing is on-demand, and the processing time at the photo lab for each piece is approximately 2-5 business days after ordering. All orders are printed and shipped as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but you will receive an order confirmation and tracking information once the print has left the shipping facilities.

Return Policy

All sales are final, however if your print arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing, email a photo and your order number to info@eclaireconceptuals.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.

Damage to your print

Please report damage within 3 weeks of receiving your damaged poster, otherwise we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee. 

Returned to sender

If your item was returned to our printing facility for any reason, please get in touch with us within 3 weeks of it being returned, or we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.

Shipping speeds

Our prints are printed on demand and we can only send through regular mail. Once your item has been shipped and reaches the destination country, it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will do our best to help if any issues arise, but we do not have a special relationship with postal services to locate packages. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times until the shipping situation around the world improves.
